How translation and review work
- Translate the meaning and action, not just the sentence structure.
- Keep contraindications, stop-signals, urgency, and uncertainty intact.
- Check technique names against the Sanskrit and the source method.
- Have a fluent human editor review the language and a qualified reviewer check health and practice content.
- Keep the draft banner visible until both checks are complete.
No unreviewed machine-translated health publishing
Automated tools may help create a private draft or flag inconsistent terms. They do not authorize publication as reviewed. Any health or safety translation must be checked by a fluent human and, where appropriate, a qualified subject reviewer.
Sanskrit stays visible
संस्कृतम् · नाडी · प्राणायाम
Sanskrit terms are retained in Devanagari and IAST across languages. We use forms such as नाडी (nāḍī), not silently substituting a modern Hindi spelling when the text is Sanskrit.
